Ingredients
Filling
- 500 gram Chicken fillet
- 400 gram Champignons
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- Allspice (to taste)
- 100 gram Parmesan
Casting
- 300 gram Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 2 pieces Egg
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix water, milk, eggs, salt, flour, vegetable oil, nutmeg and yeast.
- Mix everything with a whisk.
- Put the dough on for 30 minutes so that it heats up.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the dough with a ladle. The dough bubbles, becomes porous. Fry on both sides.
- Pancakes are thin, porous.
- Preparing the filling. Fry the finely chopped chicken with onions and add the chopped mushrooms.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, add sour cream, salt, pepper and grated cheese, mix everything.
- Spread the filling on the pancakes and roll into a tube.
- Put pancakes on the bottom and sides of the mold, spread out in layers with a tube. I got 3 layers.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling, pour the pancakes, cover the pancakes with the top, pour the remaining filling.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
