Mushroom
- 500 gram Champignons
- 1 tsp Lemon acid
- 1.5 liter Water
Marinade
- 300 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Bay leaf
- 5 pieces Allspice
- 5 pieces Black pepper
- 2 pieces Carnation
Instructions
- Wash and boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes in water with the addition of citric acid. Bring to a boil all the ingredients of the marinade, except vegetable oil. Let it cool. The cooled mushrooms are sent to a container where they will be marinated. Fill with vegetable oil and marinade.
- We send the mushrooms to marinate for a day in the refrigerator. When serving, add the onion, garlic, herbs and a little vegetable oil. It will be very tasty to mix such mushrooms with carrots "in Korean". DONE!
