Ingredients
Dough:
- 250 ml Milk warm
- 15 gram Yeast fresh
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 125 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg protein in the dough, yolk for greasing
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the warm milk, yeast and sugar.
- Leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes, until a fluffy cap appears.
- Then add vegetable oil, salt, and egg white.
- Sifted flour.
- Knead dough. I was kneading it in the bread maker. Then she put the dough in a bowl and covered it with cling film. Leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
- The dough should increase well in volume.
- For the filling, wash the apples, peel and core them. Cut into small cubes, add sugar, and mix.
- Knead the risen dough and divide into pieces, I divided it into 15 pieces. Roll each piece into a circle.
- Put the apples in the middle, about 1 tbsp. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Nuts, by the way, can be added immediately to the Apple filling and mixed.
- Pinch the edges.
- Transfer the pies to a baking sheet covered with parchment or a silicone Mat. Cover the pies with a towel and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Then on each pie, make these notches, using a teaspoon.
- Grease the pies with yolk, using a silicone brush. I also decorated it with poppies. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 25-30 min., until Golden.
- Ready pies are served to the table.
