Meat:
- 800 gram Pork neck, shoulder blade, carbonate
- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Fill:
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 60 gram Hard cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the meat into portions 1.5-2 cm thick. I got 3 steaks.
- Roll the meat in a mixture of salt and spices and fry on both sides in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, until golden brown.
- Chop the loaf into crumbs (it is more convenient yesterday). A wonderful food processor helped me. Managed in a matter of seconds. Mix the crumbs with turmeric.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. For the filling, mix sour cream, egg, cheese and salt. Put the oven on preheat to 180 gr. Place the meat on a greased baking sheet. Cover it with the filling and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Press the crumb lightly against the meat with the palm of your hand.
- Put the meat in the oven for 25 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, turn on the upper grill with a fan.
- Serve immediately with a side dish, vegetables, pickles.
