Potato and Cheese Pie Recipe
Today we will prepare a delicious pie with potatoes and cheese, on yeast dough. This is the kind of pie my whole family loves. Potato and cheese pie is a great treat for family and friends. Very tasty, and most importantly very simple. Soft dough and lots of filling. What could be better? Be sure to prepare such a pie. Enjoy your meal!!!

Ingredients
Dough:
- 550-600 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 80 ml Sunflower oil
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 5 gram Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 600 gram Potatoes boiled
- 300 gram Cheese hard
- Parsley to taste
Instructions
- Add yeast and sugar to the warm milk.
- Then sour cream and egg.
- Add sunflower oil. Mix well.
- Gradually pour in the sifted flour.
- Knead a smooth, homogeneous dough. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
- Preparing the filling. Mashed potatoes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Add finely chopped parsley to the puree.
- Mix well. Allow the filling to cool completely.
- Our dough came up.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts. We roll each piece into a roll. We give you 10 minutes to rest.
- Roll out one piece of dough into a 5-7 mm thick rectangle.
- Put the mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll it into a roll, pinching the ends well.
- Roll out the second piece of dough.
- Cut with a curly dough knife, stretch the mesh and wrap it completely around the roll. The ends are tucked under the bottom.
- Transfer the roll to the parchment in the form of a ring. The jamb is decorated with roses. Leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
- Lubricate with yolk diluted with 1 tablespoon of water. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
