Add dry yeast, sugar, egg, salt, softened butter and flour to the warm milk.
Knead the dough. Put it away in a warm place. It should increase in size by 2 times.
The dough turns out to be very tender and slightly sticky.
Divide the dough into 7 equal parts.
One part is rolled out and placed on the bottom of the mold.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese.
Roll out the next part of the dough, distribute it and grease it with oil.
Alternate the filling between layers of dough:
1. Butter and cheese
3. Butter and cheese
5. Butter and cheese
The last layer is lubricated with yolk.
Cut the pie into squares and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
