- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 tablespoon Dill
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Black pepper
- 2 twigs Parsley

- 10 gram Bulgarian pepper
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes well, boil in salt water, drain, and cool. I removed the skin (you can not clean), cut large. Add a little salt.
- Preparing the dressing-sauce. Mix sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, capers (if you have large - chop), mix and add freshly ground black pepper.
- Add the dill, chopped parsley, and mix.
- Cut the pepper into small pieces. Season the potatoes with the sauce, mix gently, put them in a salad bowl, and garnish with red pepper. You can add green onions, but we have it very hard and bitter.
