I think this recipe will surely appeal to all lovers of cheese and rice. Cheese sticks are a simple but very tasty snack. One of their undeniable advantages is the extraordinary simplicity of cooking. These rice and cheese sticks will perfectly replace a piece of bread, so they can be served with first courses, especially with transparent light soups.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Rice
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 4 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 150 gram Bread crumbs
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- Seasoning
- Allspice
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Rice water mixture (a mixture of steamed long-grain and wild rice) cook until tender and cool to room temperature.
- Add 1 whole egg and the yolk of the second egg, your favorite seasoning. Today I have lemon salt and ground black pepper, I also like to use oregano or red hot pepper.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Cut the cheese into long cubes.
- Lightly add flour, form tortillas from the dough first, lay out the cheese, and then form sticks.
- Mix the remaining protein with water. First dip the rice stick in a mixture of protein and water, then roll it in flour, dip it in protein again and roll it in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Put it on a napkin so that the excess grease runs off.
