Salad "Warm coast" Recipe
After listening to delicious stories about overseas treats on foreign trips, such a salad was born. Very tasty, spring-like, bright! Union of Europe and Asia. For the speed of cooking, even more intense taste and aroma, I discovered a mixture of bulgur with mushrooms and spices.

Ingredients
- Bulgur (incomplete glass)
- 2.5 glasses Water
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 0.5 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 60 gram Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 5 pieces Radish
Instructions
- Prepare a glass of this mixture (or simple bulgur), as it is written on the package, or to taste.
- Prepare a marinade for bulgur: soy sauce, honey, pepper, garlic.
- Mix the bulgur with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
- Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Cut the cherry in half.
- For dressing, mix olive oil with lemon juice. Put half of the filling on the lettuce leaves.
- Put the prepared bulgur on the leaves.
- Lay out the vegetable strips.
- On top, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and a few lettuce leaves. Drizzle with oil and lemon dressing.
