Salad with Chicken and Rutabaga Recipe
Rutabaga goes well with any meat. Rutabaga is easy to replace with turnips, daikon, radish or radish (they are all relatives of the cruciferous family), but rutabaga, a needlessly forgotten vegetable, is more tender and juicy. - 100 gram Onion
- 200 gram Rutabaga
- 1 piece Apple
- 0.2 teaspoons Red hot pepper
- 0.5 teaspoons Salt
- 2 clovees Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1.5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cut the onion into half rings, fry until transparent, add chopped garlic and hot pepper. Rub the rutabaga with straw and add to the onion, mix, immediately remove from the stove.
- It is desirable to cut the meat and apple into strips.
- Combine all the ingredients, add salt, season with mayonnaise, mix.
