Peel the rutabaga, wash the apples and herbs.
Put a saucepan of water on the fire and bring to a boil. Water a bit to salt.
Grate the rutabaga on a large grater, put in a colander (or sieve) and boil with salted boiling water.While rutabaga is cooled apples to peel and slice into strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice (or mix with it), so as not to darken.
For filling in the mayonnaise, add salt and sugar. I added a pinch, choose to taste.
To connect turnips, apples and the sauce. Mix well.
To serve sprinkle with chopped herbs and add egg slices.
