Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/3 teaspoons Ginger (ground)
Salad
- 200 gram Chinese cabbage
- 200 gram Beet
- 1/2 bunch Sorrel
- Parsley
Instructions
- Wash the cabbage, remove the thick stalks, and cut into strips.
- Peel the beets and grate them on a coarse grater.
- Wash the sorrel, dry it and slice it.
- For dressing, mix ginger, your favorite oil and finely chopped garlic.
- Put in the dish in layers: beetroot, cabbage, sorrel. Pour over the dressing and garnish with parsley leaves. Before direct use, feel free to mix all the ingredients
