Ingredients
Salad
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 200 gram Ham
- 4 pieces Quail egg
- 4 pieces Marinade cucumber
- 1 piece Onion
- 1/2 jar Corn (canned)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 0.3 teaspoons Sweet paprika
- 0.3 teaspoons Garlic powder
- Greens
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Fry evenly (preferably in one layer) in oil.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Later pour into the potatoes.
- Fry on low heat until tender.
- Cut the ham into slices.
- Then cut into cubes according to the size of the potatoes.
- Cucumbers are also sliced, as usual for salad.
- Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes. They can be served on top in halves. Also pour the corn out of the jar.
- For dressing, mix chopped greens (spinach, parsley or small green onions), sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings.
- The dressing can be served separately.
- Ready.
