Salad with Pasta and Bacon Recipe
In Sweden, pasta salads are popular when you need to take food on the road or on a picnic. This is one of these salads: it does not get wet and retains its taste for several hours, and in the refrigerator - for a day. It can be served both warm and cold.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Noodles
- 10 gram Butter
- 140 gram bacon
- 100 gram Blue cheese
- 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 150 gram Green peas (canned)
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Knead the seasoning: wine vinegar, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Chop the vegetables, lettuce leaves and parsley (tomatoes, if necessary, cut in half lengthwise).
- Mix the vegetable mixture with pasta, bacon and seeds, season with sauce and crumble the cheese there.
