- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 6 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salad
- 200 gram Salmon (fillet)
- 3 tablespoons Green olives
- 1/2 pieces Cucumber
- 1/2 pieces Avocado
- Lettuce leaves
- 20 gram Curd cheese
Instructions
- Let's start by making salad dressing. In a jar, mix: crushed garlic, French mustard, white or red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and squeezed lemon juice. Close the lid and shake well.
- Next, prepare the salad. Put the lettuce leaves on a platter. Place the sliced fillet of lightly salted salmon on top.
- Cut the avocado and cucumber lengthwise.
- Cut the olives in half, cut the cheese into squares and put it on top. Then pour our dressing over the salad.
