Ingredients
Dough:
- 575 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Sour Cream (15%)
- 170 ml Water
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 7 gram Dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 7 pieces Sausage
- 3 tablespoons Lecho (Frozen vegetables) Lecho in Bulgarian
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Assorted, Sicilian vegetables
Additionally:
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- Sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
- Mix sour cream with salt and warm water, pour in the oil. Mix it.
- Add the sifted flour, sugar and yeast.
- Knead the dough. Put it in a bowl, greased with oil, cover, put it in a warm place for 1 hour, until the dough increases two to three times.
- Then knead the dough and divide into 13 parts of 75 g each.. Roll into a bun, leave under the film for 10 minutes. Turn on the oven to warm it up. At this time, prepare the sauce: whisk the lecho and vegetables with a blender.
- Roll out each bun, spread 1 tsp of sauce and half a sausage (or sausage) on it. Pin it on top.
- Form all the blanks in this way. Place on parchment and cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
- The remaining sauce - 1 tbsp. - mix with the yolk. With this mixture, lubricate the remaining blanks and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put it in a preheated oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, then brush again with a mixture of yolk and sauce.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes, until a beautiful blush appears.
- "Lecho in Bulgarian" is prepared according to an original recipe from thick tomatoes and pieces of juicy and sweet Bulgarian pepper. The snack has a unique taste and excellent aroma. "Sicilian vegetables" - stewed sweet peppers, carrots, onions, tomato paste with the addition of refined sunflower oil, sugar, salt and spices.
