Ingredients
For the marinade:
- 350 gram Pork
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice juice from half a lemon
- 2 cloves Garlic
Main course:
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
For filing:
- Pasta to taste
Instructions
- Pork should be marinated for at least 30 minutes. Make a marinade. Combine soy sauce with honey, squeeze the juice from half a lemon. The marinade is ready. The meat should be cut into thin oblong strips. Put in the marinade. Chop the garlic and sprinkle on the meat. Mix everything, cover with a lid and let the meat marinate, leaving the dishes with it right on the table.
- While the meat is marinated, prepare the vegetables. Cut the onion into half-rings, carrots into cubes and bell pepper into strips. The meat was marinated. Pour the oil into the pan, heat it and spread the pieces of meat without marinade. Fry it until tender.
- We put the fried meat in some dishes. In the same pan, fry the onion, carrot and pepper lightly. Pepper with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Spread the fried meat to the vegetables, pour the marinade. Stir, you can add salt, I did not salt, I had enough soy sauce and lemon juice. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for another 7-10 minutes until ready.
- The meat is ready. Serve. For garnish, I boiled spaghetti from wheat flour 2 varieties with the addition of bran. Garnish can be any.
