Ingredients
Dough:
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 70 gram Butter
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg + 1 yolk for greasing the top of pies
- 70 ml Water ice
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds for the top of pies
Filling:
- 160 gram Hard cheese
- 0,5 bunch Green onions
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Dough: in a bowl, mix flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Mix it.
- Add pieces of soft butter, pour in vegetable oil.
- Rub your hands into crumbs.
- Add the egg and knead it into the dough.
- Pour cold water and, having collected the dough into a ball, knead the steep dough (if you feel that the dough is not going into a ball - you can add a little vegetable oil / flour).
- Lightly knead the dough on the surface.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Filling: grate cheese on a coarse grater.
- Add the egg and finely chopped green onion.
- Add 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs (I have crackers with the addition of dried carrots and paprika) and mix the cheese filling thoroughly.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into pieces (I got 11 pieces). Roll out a piece of dough.
- Lay out the cheese filling.
- Fold, pressing the edges, then walk along the edge with a fork, slightly pressing the dough.
- Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush the top with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- We send it to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (we focus on the ruddy top and the features of your oven). Remove the pies from the oven and let them cool.
