Ingredients
For making soba
- 1 teaspoon Sesame
- 75 gram Soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
- 30 gram bacon (smoked)
- 50 gram Onion
- 100 gram Broccoli frozen
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Red hot pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Green Onion chopped
Instructions
- To make the dressing, mix the oil with soy sauce, crushed garlic, grated ginger and chopped red hot pepper and green onions.
- Cut the bacon into strips and the onion into half rings, fry all together lightly.
- Defrost the broccoli a little and add it to the onion and bacon. Fry everything for about 5 minutes, the broccoli should remain crispy.
- Boil buckwheat soba noodles in boiling water without salt for 5 minutes, flip them on a sieve and add them to the contents of the pan. Pour in the dressing, mix and remove from the heat.
- When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
