  1. Put the rice to boil. While the rice is being boiled, cut the bacon into small pieces and chop the onion finely. In a bowl beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and then whisk. In a deep frying pan, fry the eggs, stirring constantly. Then we take them out. Then fry the bacon almost to crispness and take it out as well. Then there is the fat that is melted from the bacon fry the onion. Add the already boiled rice to the onion, stir and fry for a minute. Then salt, add sugar, soy sauce, pepper, mix.
