Toast Bread with a Meat Patty and Cheese Recipe
Toast in homemade breadcrumbs with cutlet and cheese is a closed sandwich, a recipe for a hearty and quick cooking. These toasts can be taken on a picnic and grilled. If at home, then cook in a frying pan or in an electric grill.

Ingredients
For toast:
- 4 slices Bread for toast
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 pieces Processed cheese plates or solid in plates
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- Greens to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare minced meat for cutlets. Cut the breast fillet into pieces and put it in a bowl.
- Add to the Turkey fillet: a small egg white, butter, peeled and chopped onion and garlic, grated raw potatoes, seasoning, pepper and salt, mix.
- Grind the prepared products in the bowl of a blender and taste for salt.
- In vegetable oil, fry the cutlets on both sides. I fried flat cutlets, because I cooked in an electric grill. I got 8 cutlets for 8 servings.
- Make some toast. The photo shows 2 servings of toast. Cut off the crusts from the bread. Crusts can be dried, grated and left for breading toast. I have breadcrumbs.
- Slices of bread smeared with ketchup.
- Put a slice of cheese on the bread. You can take the cheese melted into the plates or solid plates. Plates previously, I cut into 2 parts.
- Put the cutlets on 2 slices of bread.
- Cover the sandwiches with a second piece of bread and cheese.
- Salt, pepper and beat the egg with a fork. Dip the toast in the egg on both sides so that the bread is soaked, and then roll it on all sides in breadcrumbs.
- In preheated vegetable oil, fry the toast on each side. Serve hot toast with vegetables and herbs.
