Ingredients
Dough:
- 400 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 180 ml Water
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
Filling:
- 1 piece Chicken fillet
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 gram Butter
- Cilantro, dill, parsley (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the water with tomato paste, mix well. Then add vegetable oil and salt.
- Add flour and baking powder. Knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator while the filling is being prepared.
- Prepare the filling. Fillet cut into pieces of about 1 cm. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Onions are also cut very finely. If desired, chopped dill can be added to the filling. Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Each part is thinly rolled out according to the size of the mold or baking tray. I have a shape with a diameter of 28 cm.
- Put the dough in a form lined with parchment.
- Put the filling on the dough. Put the crushed butter on top of the filling.
- Cover with dough. Pinch the edges well. Make a hole in the center of the pie. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes until cooked.
