Ingredients
Vegetable pancake:
- 75 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
- 150 gram Potato
- 150 gram Zucchini
- 45 gram Onion
- 50 gram Sweet yellow pepper
- 5 twigs Green Onion a little for the sauce
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Pepper red hot to taste
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Wash and clean the vegetables.
- Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Add salt and pour in 160 ml. water, mix well.
- Add flour and starch, yolk.
- Mix thoroughly.
- In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil, put the dough, distribute, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fry for 3-4 minutes, medium heat.
- Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix ground garlic, red pepper, chopped green onions, sugar and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Carefully flip the pancake, add 1 tbsp sesame oil under the pancake, fry for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Cut into pieces convenient for eating. With sauce.
