Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Butter
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 100 gram Sugar
- 350 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 drops Vanilla essence
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
Glaze:
- 50 gram Milk chocolate
- 25 gram Butter
Instructions
- Take butter at room temperature, add sugar and odorless vegetable oil.
- Then add a pinch of salt and a drop of vanilla extract or vanillin.
- Mix everything with a fork until smooth.
- Then pour half of the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a sieve.
- Sift everything into a bowl.

- Do not sift all the flour at once, since the quality of flour is different for everyone and may vary slightly, look at the consistency of the dough.

- Then I put the dough on the work surface, add flour if necessary.
- I collect the dough into one lump.
- I covered the mold with baking paper. The oven was turned on to warm up to 180 °. Then I take about 1 teaspoon of dough and form a ball.
- Due to the large amount of oil, the dough turns out to be quite loose. Therefore, I knead each piece in my hand, because of the warmth of my hands, the dough becomes more elastic.
