Zucchini Muffins with Sausage Recipe
Zucchini muffins with sausage can be prepared for breakfast, as a snack - for lunch. For the preparation of these tortillas, you can use not only smoked sausage, but also bacon or ham. The taste can be varied by adding cheese and spices.

- 700 gram Zucchini
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 pinches Salt
- 150 gram Sausage half smoked, smoked
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour

- Black pepper to taste

- Prepare all the necessary ingredients
- Grate the young zucchini together with the peel on a coarse grater. Add salt, stir and leave for 20 minutes. squeeze the zucchini, drain all the juice.
- Finely chop the herbs and garlic. Cut the sausage into cubes
- Add eggs to the grated zucchini, mix well.
- Add flour with baking powder, mix. You should get a thick, viscous dough.
- Add the sausage, herbs, ground black pepper and garlic. Mix it.
- Fill the cupcake molds with the resulting mass by 2/3. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C. the readiness of the cupcakes can be checked with a wooden skewer.
