Snack "Radishes" Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Beetroot
- 100 gram Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Mayo
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 slices Bread Borodino or rye
- Sesame seeds to taste
- Parsley to taste
Instructions
- Bake or cook the beets in advance. Clean. Wash the greens, dry them. Dry the slices of bread in a toaster (oven, dry frying pan), rub with garlic.
- Cut the beetroot in half and chop it. make a recess with a notch or a teaspoon.
- In a bowl, mix the cheese and mayonnaise.
- Add the ground garlic and stir.
- Cut the bread into small pieces, cut the bottom of the beetroot slightly. Spread a little cheese mixture on a piece of bread. Put beets on it, put lettuce leaves on one side (imitate radish tops).
- Put 1 tsp of the mixture into each beetroot "cup", sprinkle with fried sesame seeds, garnish with parsley sprigs.
