Baking with jam is very popular in the fall. Fresh berries are no longer available, everything is frozen for future use or cooked in the form of jam. I offer a cozy home-made cottage cheese pie to the tea table. Each piece of pie contains small “containers” filled with delicious strawberry jam, and the pie dough is rich, dense, and not very moist. It tastes like a cross between a cupcake and a delicate shortbread.

Delicious, tender casserole that is loved by both adults and children. The casserole turns out not only delicious, tender, but also very useful! There’s NOT a gram of sugar in here! It is better to serve it warm, and for Breakfast, and for dinner, and as a dessert for coffee or tea. Mexican curd flan is essentially a curd casserole, which in its texture turns out to be very airy and soft. Added condensed milk changes the taste dramatically. Cottage cheese in it is not so strongly felt and the total mass becomes more tender. An additional flavor note brings caramel and, I also added lemon zest.
