- 1 piece Chicken leg (Smoked chicken leg)
- 3 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Apple
- 300 gram Corn (canned)
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

- Hard-boiled eggs. Cut the smoked ham into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Cut the eggs into cubes. Very small (slightly larger than on a grater) cut a sour or sweet-sour Apple. I prefer Granny or Golden delicious. To make the salad even more tender, peel the apples. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, add the corn and mayonnaise. Mix and enjoy.
