We have been loving this salad for several years! I made it myself, but I was sure it was on the kitchen table. It turned out that no! I highly recommend it.
I came up with this salad myself when I wanted to slightly update the usual warm salad with cod and potatoes. The effect was unexpected: the salad turned out to be both light and satisfying. Since cucumbers and icebergs are easily removed by water, it is better not to salt the salad before serving, but for me, it tastes better without salt at all.
A very easy-to-prepare hearty salad. There is no beer in its composition, it is assumed that it is served with beer. But I think a salad without beer is also good!
