A homemade dinner is not only another meal, but also a special event in every family or group of friends. It can be given a special atmosphere and mood if you choose the right dishes for cooking and approach the cooking process with soul and maximum diligence.
There are many options for evening meals, but it is worth considering what exactly the upcoming evening will be.
For a quiet, family, evening rest, more classic, traditional recipes are suitable. The menu must necessarily include hot. Meat or fish are also needed to prepare a full meal. You can make a casserole of potatoes with minced meat, lasagna or chicken in the original sauce and add a salad with a lot of greens in it – so it will be much more useful.
For a romantic evening organized for a private conversation and confessions, light but memorable dishes are suitable. Rabbit meat stewed with vegetables or vegetable roll with combinations of fillings will be an excellent solution. Salads with seafood and caviar, a variety of desserts: tiramisu, strudel or sponge cake are well suited.
For a diet dinner, you can choose recipes that contain the whole complex of vitamins and at the same time have excellent taste properties. Fish or poultry is steamed or in a slow cooker with the addition of a large number of vegetables, dessert is formed from low-calorie fruits.
If a holiday is expected, the variety of ideas is practically unlimited, but an individual approach and competent execution are needed. Salads can be offered any, with the participation of hearty ingredients. For the main serving, baked stuffed poultry, fish with sour cream sauce or meat with cheese will be good.

I want to offer a recipe for a very quick and easy-to-prepare salad from products that are always at hand. At the same time, the salad is very tasty, fresh, light and, I would even say, refined.
In this version of cooking beef, eggplants are turned into a sauce during the stewing process. The dish turns out to have a rich taste, fragrant and satisfying. You can serve it without any side dish, just under the sauce in which the meat was cooked. But the side dish will not be superfluous. For stewing, I chose beef brisket, each about 500-600 grams. bones, veins and fat segments were allowed to broth for soup, leaving only the pulp for stewing. Previously marinated in wine, the meat received an additional taste and became softer.

Unusual fish with homemade mayonnaise without eggs, well in harmony with cauliflower. the milky taste of mayonnaise made from milk and butter will be a good substitute for store-bought high-calorie mayonnaise. The dish turns out appetizing, bright. You can serve it to the festive table.
