Prepared shoots of young bracken are ambiguous in taste, but with companion ingredients they perfectly reveal their taste. The dish in the presence of mushrooms, vegetables and meat turns out juicy and fragrant with a unique bright taste sensation.
The first course, for the daily menu, on chicken broth, is rich and nutritious. Flavor decoration – cauliflower and mushrooms. The soup is attractive with bright colors of vegetables, and sour cream gives a delicate aftertaste.
Of course, food should be healthy. While studying at the Institute, in winter I always twisted walnuts, dried fruits, lemon in a meat grinder, added liquid honey and stored it in a jar in the refrigerator, using 2 tbsp. l. with tea every day – a source of energy, maintaining immunity in the winter at a high level. Over time, I transformed the recipe into homemade sweets, covering it with chocolate icing.
It’s easier and tastier than a cake without baking, I’ve never made or eaten in my life. Just three ingredients, 30 minutes of your time, no oven or stove in the heat and an incredibly delicious, tender and beautiful cake is ready.
Baking anything in foil-meat, fish, poultry, vegetables – almost always gives a perfect result. The product retains its natural taste and is stewed in its own juice. Pink salmon itself is not fat at all, so I always baked it, stuffing it with lard.
