Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 gram Sour Cream (20%)
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 120 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- Salt to taste
For meatballs:
- 150 gram Pork
- 150 gram Beef
- 1 piece Onion
- 70 gram Hard cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- To prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and whisk into a homogeneous mass using a whisk attachment.
- To prepare the minced meat, put the chopped meat and onion in the bowl of a food processor. Whisk until desired consistency. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.
- Take some minced meat and form a tortilla. Place the sliced cheese in the middle of the tortilla. Form the meatballs.
- Place the prepared meatballs in a baking dish, pre-greased with oil.
- Pour the meatballs with batter and bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
