Onions, garlic and chanterelles are crushed in the chopper.
(Wash the chanterelles well and put them in boiling
water for three minutes. Then they are washed under the tap
with cold water and squeezed out).
Cut the peeled potatoes into small
pieces and chop them together with the mushrooms.
Put the minced meat in a bowl and transfer
the chopped mushrooms and potatoes to the same place. Mix the filling.
In a bowl, add the sweet chili sauce, sprinkle
with salt, pepper, dried herbs and bran. Grind
mixed everything well. For breading, I used
white bread with seeds. Dry it in a toaster
and chop it together with the cheese in a shredder. The breading
is poured into a deep bowl and the chops are formed in it
. Spread them out on a parchment
-lined frying pan.
Bake the cutlets in the oven until cooked,
about 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
The top of the cutlets will be slightly browned. They are served
with boiled pasta and vegetables - peas, carrots
and broccoli. It is dressed with sweet chili sauce. Decorate with greenery. Cutlets are very popular with everyone at home.
