Ingredients
Sponge:
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 glass Brown sugar
- 1 glass Milk
- 7 gram Baking powder
- 2 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Pudding:
- 1 pack Vanilla pudding
- 1 liter Milk
- 8 tablespoons Brown sugar
Instructions
- Glass - 240 ml. First, prepare a sponge cake. Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder, add salt, mix.
- Beat the eggs with a mixer for about two minutes, then gradually, literally one tablespoon at a time, add brown sugar, continuing to beat (in total, beat for about 5-6 minutes).
- Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture in several steps, stirring with a spoon from top to bottom. I add vegetable oil.
- Gradually add the freshly boiled milk (I heat it up in the microwave), constantly stirring the dough with movements from top to bottom.
- Place the sponge cake in a square shape measuring 23 * 23 cm, covered with parchment.
- Bake the sponge cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick. I'll let the biscuit cool completely.
- While the pie is cooling, prepare the vanilla pudding. In a bowl, mix the dry vanilla pudding mixture and brown sugar.
- Add 8 tablespoons of milk, mix thoroughly.
- Add the freshly boiled milk to the prepared mixture, mix well. In the microwave, heat the pudding at full power for about 1 minute in several steps, then stir with a whisk. I cover the pudding with plastic wrap and let it cool down a bit.
- Then, using a round recess in the cooled biscuit, make holes. Make a crumb from a rolled biscuit with your hands.
- Cover the form in which the biscuit was baked with a film, put the biscuit back into it. Fill the cake with pudding, smooth the surface with a spoon.
- To know the exact location of the incisions, I mark them with a toothpick. Then I sprinkle the vanilla pudding with sponge crumbs and squeeze a little. I put the dessert pudding in the fridge (I put it in the fridge overnight). I'm cutting the dessert into pieces.
