Biscuits with Hazelnut Praline Recipe
Today I want to share a recipe for a very tasty cookie with nut praline. The dough will make shortbread cookies in vegetable oil with a filling of walnuts in caramel. Try this delicious dish with a cup of hot chocolate - and let the whole world wait!

Ingredients
Dough:
- 210 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1,5 piece Chicken eggs
- 40 gram Sugar
- 0,5 tablespoon Baking powder
- 40 ml Vegetable oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
Filling:
- 150 gram Walnuts
- 120 gram Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil odourless
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with sugar. Add vegetable oil, whisk again.
- Add flour with baking powder and cinnamon. Knead a non-sticky, soft dough.
- For the filling, dry the nuts in a frying pan, stirring them. It is necessary to add powdered sugar, adding each time when the powder begins to melt.
- It is important to mix often so that the caramel does not start to burn.
- Place the nuts and caramel on greased parchment until cool.
- Then grind in a blender with 2 teaspoons of odorless vegetable oil to a mushy state.
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer 3 mm thick.
- Lubricate the walnut praline.
- Roll into a roll and cut into 1.5-2 cm wide pieces.
- Place the sliced cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake at 180 degrees until lightly browned. For about 20 minutes.
