Instructions
Mix dry ingredients: rice flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and starch.

Mix liquid and dry ingredients, add soft butter and knead well with a whisk. The dough does not have a thick sour cream consistency.
Add frozen blueberries. And mix quickly.
Place in muffin tins, filling almost to the top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until a dry skewer.
When the muffins are cool, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
