Boat Pies with Vegetables and Cheese Recipe
Autumn pastries, in my opinion, are the most delicious, most homely and cozy. Warms both literally and figuratively. I propose to bake today pies-boats with fried vegetables and cheese. Sorry for the indiscretion, but I boldly say " unreal DELICIOUS! insanely BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS!". Recommend.

Ingredients
Dough:
- 380 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 220 ml Fermented baked milk
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 6 gram Dry yeast
- Salt to taste
Filling:
- 120 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 60 gram Mozzarella
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 gram Tomato
- 6 twigs Thyme
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Knead elastic, soft dough. Depending on the thickness of the curd, adjust the amount of flour.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and place in a warm place for 1 hour.
- At this time, prepare the filling. Fry the peppers in a dry pan until scorched, then bake in the microwave for 2 minutes, maximum power, put in a bag. Wash the tomatoes, peel the onions, and chop them finely.
- After 10 minutes, peel the pepper and cut the flesh.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add pepper, and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Add thyme leaves, bring to a boil, 3-4 minutes, lower than medium heat. Cool the filling.
- Knead the dough that comes up, divide it into 4 parts, roll it into balls, cover it. Allow 10 minutes to "rest".
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Roll out the dough bun into a large oval, the thickness of the dough is 0.5-0.7 cm. Pour 1/4 of the cheese along the edges.
- Roll up the sides of the roll, form the boats. Cover the blanks with a film, leave for proofing. Turn on the oven to warm up.
- Put 1.5 tablespoons of filling in the blanks, mozzarella plates, thyme leaves on it.
- Grease the sides of the blanks with a mixture of milk and yolk, send to the preheated oven, bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees. When ready, immediately add pieces of butter to the middle of the "boat".
