Ingredients
Dough:
- 1,5 teaspoons Dry yeast
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1,5 gram Vanilin
- 75 gram Margarine melted
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 320 milliliters Milk
Filling:
- 500 gram Raisins seedless
Additionally:
- 4 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour for rolling
- 1 piece Chicken egg for lubrication
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients for the dough in the form of a bread maker. Turn on the "Dough" program. At the end of the baking program, let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes. Do not remove the dough from the bread maker. The dough turns out to be perfect. To knead the dough by hand, mix all the dry ingredients, add margarine, vegetable oil and water. Knead the dough, put it in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes. Then knead the dough and put it back in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Pour the raisins with cold water and soak for an hour. Draining the water. Dry the raisins on a sieve (colander), the remaining moisture can be soaked with a towel.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Divide the finished dough into portions. I recommend baking 20 pies from the dough. Roll out each piece of dough into a flat cake, put one and a half tablespoons of raisins. Form cutlets.
- Put on proofing for 20-30 minutes in a warm place. Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180 degrees. Beat the egg. Grease suitable buns with egg.
- Bake at 180 degrees until browning (it took me 20 minutes).
- Enjoy your tea!!!
