Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 milliliters Milk warm
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 70 milliliters Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
Filling:
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the warm milk, stir the egg, butter and sugar.
- Add yeast and salt to the flour, mix. Pour in the milk mixture in parts.
- Knead a non-sticky, soft dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
- Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until soft. You don't need to fry too much. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Combine potatoes and cheese. The filling is ready.
- Beat the risen dough, divide into 2 equal parts.
- Roll out each part of the dough into a layer about 3-4 mm thick.
- Lay out and evenly distribute the filling.
- Roll into a tight roll.
- Cut into small rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Leave it on for 20 minutes to fit.
- Then brush with egg and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes until browned. Enjoy your meal.
