The oven to turn 180 degrees.
Muffin tins greased with butter.
Halva mash with a fork. Raisins pour hot water for 5 minutes, then drain the water, dry the raisins and mix with a pinch of flour.
Grind margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and halva. Add eggs and sour cream, pour milk, stir, add soda and sifted flour, stir well, then pour the raisins, mix again.
Fill the dough molds not to the top.
Bake until tender. Check wooden toothpick, if it is dry-ready.
Finished cupcakes pour melted chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
