Chicken for Burgers, Sandwiches, Burritos Recipe
If you have an incorrigible family of fast food lovers, here is a way to channel their love into a more useful and no less delicious channel. What I like about the recipe is that you can prepare the filling for the future and make sandwiches for several days in a row. Juicy chicken is just for you.

Cook Time 90 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken fillet
- 1 pack Tomato sauce
- 0,5 piece Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 10 pieces Buns with sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Cabbage
- Apple green
- Yogurt or mayonnaise for dressing
- Parmesan
Instructions
- Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan.
- Add the fillets.
- Pour over the tomato sauce. I am not calling for the use of something specific. I had lecho (a la ketchup) with small pieces of vegetables. Dilute a little with water and simmer, turning over periodically, for about 45 minutes.
- Then, from the finished fillet, disassemble the fibers with two forks.
- Add the hot sauce until the chicken is juicy enough.
- Ready-made filling.
- I decided to make buns myself from yeast dough.
- And I made a salad for a burger: chop the cabbage and mash it with salt, grate a green apple and parmesan cheese, season with yogurt or mayonnaise.
- Eat immediately while they are hot, or take them with you (on a picnic, for lunch, on the road).
