Chocolate-Cheesecake Pudding Recipe
Another one of my rather successful experiments in the preparation of cottage cheese dessert. The result: the pie turned out to be very tender and delicious. By the way, using the example from the recipe, you can prepare a chocolate cream made of wheat flour without cheese for children for a change. Everything is done simply and quickly, it always works!

Ingredients
For the basics:
- 1 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Butter
- 50 gram Sugar
For filling:
- 300 gram Cottage cheese
- 150 gram Sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Semolina
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 500 ml Milk
Instructions
- Let's prepare the dough for the base. Rub the softened butter with sugar. Add flour. From the resulting dough, we will form the base in a baking dish, having previously covered it with parchment. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- At this time, let's prepare the filling. Cook the chocolate semolina porridge. To do this, put the milk in a saucepan on high heat, add sugar and cocoa, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and pour in a trickle of semolina, stirring for min. 3, so that lumps do not form. Remove from the stove and cover with a lid.
- Mix cottage cheese with eggs with a blender.
- Mix cottage cheese and semolina together. Remove the base from the refrigerator and put the filling on it. Put in a preheated 180 * C oven for about 40 minutes.
- Our pudding pie is ready! After removing the pie from the oven, leave it in a cool place for a while so that the mass thickens. Then you can cut it and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
