Chocolate Cupcakes with Halva Recipe
Today I have an evening tea party in blue tones. It's raining outside, and in this weather you want to drink a cup of something warming. The choice fell on coffee and chocolate muffins with halva. Chocolate and halva - there are no drafts in my house, but warm east winds blow... Very soft.

Cook Time 60 minutes
Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1/2 glass Sugar
- 100 gram Margarine melt
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 gram Halva
Glaze:
- 4 tablespoons Glaze purchased, vanilla
- 1,5 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Water hot
- 2 teaspoons Sunflower oil
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients for the dough: eggs, sugar, margarine, melt, sour cream, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, grated halva.
- Eggs, sugar, melted margarine - whisk everything together.
- Add the halva grated on a coarse grater to the mass.
- Add sour cream and, after mixing, beat with a mixer at low speed.
- Combine the sifted flour with the sifted cocoa powder and baking powder. Pour the mixture over the halva.
- Mix it.
- We insert paper sockets into silicone molds (I like to bake cupcakes directly in sockets, so we lubricate their bottom and walls with sunflower oil a little).
- Pour the dough like sour cream, filling by 2/3) and bake in the oven at t = 180 gr. 15 minutes, checking the readiness of the pancakes. Cupcakes settle a little because of their lightness (don't be scared!!) stay tall and beautiful.
- Prepare the glaze. You can take a purchased one (for example, vanilla), add 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a little hot water.
- Mix everything and pour in 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
- Cover the hot cupcakes with icing. Decorate (sprinkle, as an option, with pearl-blue pastry balls). enjoy your meal!!
