Potato Chops with Vegetables and Mushrooms Recipe
Who doesn't like vegetables and mushrooms? I think that's not enough. I can't do without potatoes. So look for or invent dishes from it that would diversify our table... And now the post.. which many are watching..I offer you a recipe for this lean dish.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Potatoes
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 200 gram Mushrooms
- 2 piece Onions
- Herbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Seasoning
- Vegetable oil
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes... let it cool down. Mash the potatoes with a fork. Add salt and chopped herbs
- Shape the chops... grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.. Help with a shovel... give the desired shape.
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes.. bake at 250 degrees until golden brown.. Meanwhile... Fry the mushrooms with garlic and onion.
- Zucchini and tomato cut.
- Add half of the mushrooms... add salt.. pepper it.. and simmer for 10-15 minutes under a closed lid.. at the end, add the greens. Our chops are ready... put the vegetable-mushroom mixture on top... (You can take any vegetables.. Sweet pepper... carrot... cabbage... Anything...))) Bon appetit!!!
