- 400 gram Dried fruits (raisins and dried cranberries)
- 150 gram Almond
- 3 tablespoons Cognac
- 4 pieces Mandarin
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 30 ml Cream
Instructions
- You can dry the fruit in advance for a day (or less, but at least 6 hours), namely: my raisins are light and dark, and the dried cranberries are washed, let the water drain and pour brandy, cover with a film and leave in a dark place.
- Beat eggs with cane sugar.
- Add soft butter to the eggs beaten with sugar and whisk again.
- Add the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and spices to the egg-butter mass. To interfere.
- Then enter the chopped almonds.
- Then add dried fruits with cognac and mix well.
- Put the dough in a greased form, smooth it out. Bake at a temperature of 170 g for about 1 hour. If the cake is going to burn, then cover it with foil. To determine the readiness of the pie with a wooden match, it must be absolutely dry.
- Squeeze the juice from the tangerine, remove the zest, bring to a boil. Take the finished cake and pour the juice from the tangerine. Leave the pie in the mold for another 20 minutes.
- Then carefully remove the cake from the mold. Prepare the glaze. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath, mix with cream and mix. Pour the cooled cake with chocolate icing and decorate as desired.
