Ingredients
Dough:
- 700 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 15 gram Dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 5 gram Salt
- 300 ml Milk
- 50 gram Butter
Filling:
- 300 gram Cranberries
- 300 gram Brown sugar
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- For the dough, whisk 3-4 tablespoons of flour in warm milk, add yeast and wait for the appearance of "foam caps".
- Sift the flour, mix it with salt, pour it into the sponge dough.
- Add eggs here.
- Melt the butter with honey and pour into the dough, knead the soft dough.
- Cover the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place. Surrender. Then press down, adding flour if necessary. Let it rise 1 more time, press down again.
- For the filling, rinse the cranberries, discard them on a sieve. Pour in the water, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Then add sugar and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool.
- Flip the filling onto a sieve and let the syrup drain. The syrup can be used to make a morse. The filling will need only berries
- Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll them into balls. We roll out each ball into a flat cake. Cut out a circle with a notch or a glass.
- Roll out the remaining dough ring twice.
- And put it on top of the cheese pie base. With this molding, the filling does not flow out.
- Fill the syrniki with cranberry filling. Let them stand for about 20 minutes to rise, and put them in a preheated oven. I baked at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
- Remove the finished cheesecakes from the mold, cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
