Cut the zucchini into thin rings, mix with salt and leave on the table for 10 minutes.
During this time, the excess liquid will drain from the zucchini and they will turn out not so watery.
Each circle of zucchini is dipped in an egg.
Breading in a mixture of crackers, Parmesan and spices.
I used only paprika, dried herbs and black pepper. You can add garlic if desired.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a well-heated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
It is most delicious immediately hot with sour cream!
