This is the best zucchini recipe that I have tried this year. A simple recipe for zucchini cubes with a golden crust. This is a godsend for those who do not like to fry them and can cook zucchini in the oven, to taste, even better fried.

  1. We cut young zucchini into cubes about 5 cm long. We cut a small zucchini lengthwise into 6-8 parts as shown in the video. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well so that it evenly covers the cubes. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt, paprika, dry ground garlic (fresh is not suitable) and add a little chopped herbs. Mix again and put it on a baking sheet or an oven grill.
