Zucchini in the Oven Recipe
This is the best zucchini recipe I've tried this year. A simple recipe for making zucchini cubes with a golden crust. This is a godsend for those who do not like to fry them and can cook zucchini in the oven, to taste, even better fried.

  1. Cut the young zucchini into cubes about 5 cm long . Cut a small zucchini into 6-8 pieces, as shown in the video. Pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well so that it evenly covers the bars. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt, paprika, dry ground garlic (fresh is not suitable) and add some chopped herbs. Stir again and place on a baking sheet or oven rack. Sprinkle a small amount of grated hard cheese on top. It took me no more than 20 grams. We send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve the appetizer to the table hot.
