Zucchini in the Oven Recipe
Quick, very simple recipe for cooking zucchini in the oven. They are obtained as fried, but not as fat and of course healthier. Active cooking time is spent about 5 minutes, just enough to wash, cut and roll in flour, the oven will do the rest.

  1. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with sunflower oil. Wash the zucchini and cut into rings about 1 cm thick. Roll the zucchini in flour and spread on a baking sheet. When everything is laid out, sprinkle well with salt and sprinkle with sunflower oil. Bake in the oven until Golden brown for about 20-25 minutes, with the same mode as you bake chicken, it's different for everyone. I baked in convection mode at 150 degrees. For the sauce, mix sour cream, herbs, garlic, lemon juice. We serve ready-made zucchini or separately with sauce, or you can grease each piece.
